A inspirational poem by Isabelle Hobbs
Hi everyone!
Okay so the other day I had the pleasure of reading this amazing poem and felt compelled to share it with all of you!
This poem is written by a thirteen year old girl called Isabelle Hobbs, I just couldn't believe it when I realised it was written by someone so young, I think you'll all agree after reading it that this girl could teach the world a thing or two.
You should be smarter,
Your hair should be longer,
Trying to look like those supermodels,
You compare yourself to them and you think that you look colossal.
If you hide the real you,
Then you are limiting yourself in what you will be able to do.
There you are unable to see what you could become,
Let the world know who you are before your heat and body goes numb.
Be yourself,proud and bold,
Don't fall for the perfect image which people think is gold.
As long as you are as you can be,
Then inside you will feel happy.
Don't change yourself to be someone that you don't want to be,
People don't look the same, that's just the reality.
Just be yourself as you have your own personality.
You originality is your own very speciality.
By Isabelle Hobbs
Thank you so much Isabelle for allowing me to share this, you are a wonderful inspiration!
I hope you are all in awe just as much as I am.

Chapter one - the importance of relationships in our lives
Eeeeeeeeeekkkkk I have some exciting news, thank you everyone for reading my blog has 32,000 views! I've officially started writing my book and as promised here is snippet of the first chapter I hope you are inspired.
My friend sent me an article recently which was based on twenty quotes from Carl Jung who if you haven’t already read any of his work i recommend you do he’s an inspirational gentleman.
My friend sent me an article recently which was based on twenty quotes from Carl Jung who if you haven’t already read any of his work i recommend you do he’s an inspirational gentleman.
My favourite quotes of his is
"the meeting of two personalities is like the contact of the two chemical substances: if there is any reaction both are transformed"
Love and the importance of relationships. now for everyone automatically thinking I am talking about a man/woman kind of love I am not just talking about the love between a man and a woman I am talking about the love between everyone! I believe that life is and always has been just about love and our relationships with each other. I believe that for most of us it is only really when we are faced with death that we will truly understand how relevant this is but I just want to share my understanding of it so far and say thank you to those who have made me understand it.
In today's society it is all to easy to become obsessed with "the perfect life” whatever that may be for each of us, the bigger wage packet, a better car nicer house, the perfect body each of us have our own ideals. Now I’m not saying there is anything wrong with wanting these things and working towards them I am simply stating the fact they are not completely or entirely by themselves what life is about. The three main gifts we have in this life are our life itself, people and our relationships with those people. I believe it doesn’t matter whatever else we are busy running through life trying to get, whatever we spend our lives chasing after or whatever we set as our goal this will unfortunately become void.
What I have learned over the last few years is that love is amazing whether it is between siblings, parent and child, friends, partners or strangers it simply is wonderful.
The problem is sometimes we forget just how much love in our lives there is, we think that if we are single we do not have enough and automatically feel lonely (I will hold my hand up and say i had thought this n the past). How untrue! We have loads we are just craving a partner so badly refuse to see it, we refuse to appreciate and enjoy are lives just as they are with all the wonderful love been supplied to us. I now believe our friends our are soul mates just as much as partners and the people that we through are lives are drawn to us for a reason. So for everyone wishing they were in a relationship or had someone to love or love them stop, look around and embrace your life as it is for you are already loved by everyone in your life.
I have always experienced love through out my life but looking back now with fresh eyes I see how many different types of relationships I have experienced and feel so grateful for them. The one thing that binds them all together especially the ones filled with love but sometimes even the ones without is that they teach us something. Each and every relationship is unique and has a different purpose.
From the beginning of my life I have always had a loving family, which I hope is the case of all of my readers and I am sorry If it wasn’t I do feel truly blessed to have had this stable foundation growing up and in no way take it for granted.
Also going through my teens I had great friendships ones which have lasted with me to these day to these women and gentlemen I must say thank you. I believe some relationships are there to support us, some to strengthen us even some to simply have fun with, like i said for each unique relationship in our lives there for a reason and it is up to us to see and appreciate that reason.
I'm going to list out some of the different friendships I have had, what they thought me to give you a little insight into what I mean.
I have had;
friends when I was teenager who I just learned how to be a girl with
friends after this as i grew up who I learned to party with they thought me how to go cracked
friends who helped and loved me through grief, they thought me companionship
friends who supported me through breakups, they thought me there always is plenty more fish in the sea
friends who loved me even I was depressed and didn’t really show them a smile let alone love, they thought me persistence
friends who stuck with me through thick and thin even when I was a hard case to crack, they thought me consistency
friends who talked me through hard situations in life my life, they thought me compassion
friends who drank with me when i needed to drink, they thought me the art of not caring what people think
friends who made me laugh when all i wanted to do was cry, they thought me no emotion is ever permanent
friends who constantly stand up for me, they teach me loyalty
friends who think I’m amazing, they teach me to love myself
friends who think I’m crazy, they teach me that I am ;-), but aren’t we all a little!
friends who have helped me grow in my life, they have thought me lessons
friends who have helped me grow in my faith, they have brought me a best friend
friends who have given me opportunities and gifts they have thought me the art of helping others
friends who has asked me for help they have thought me that out of my own darkness I can show them light
Out of all these things that they have all thought me they have also though me the most important thing of all which is love. Love which is life itself.
Ephesians verse 12 "as gods chosen people clothe yourselves in compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another”.....
"And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity"
I hope you are inspired. Loves Annie xxx

Chapter 1 - The importance of relationships in our lives.
"Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness in other people"
