So who wants to change there life today?
As a life coach I speak to people everyday who want to change their lives!
Do you know what the difference is between people who want a different life and those who actually get it!
ACTION
This is the difference between does who do and those who don't!
Some people actually want to change how they look, live or are in their being, others just want to moan about it! That is the simple truth!
Lets me give you three easy steps to change you life
1) Vision
2) Desire
3) Faith
I will cover desire and faith in my next blogs, but number one create the vision -
Take time to actually think about what you want in life. As a minimum come upon with 1, 3 and 5 year goals..
Write them down. Detail everything, if you want that certain house describe it in detail, if you want a certain type of partner write down the ideal characteristics they will have.
Statistics show the following...
People Learn:
90% of what they learn when they teach someone else/use immediately.
75% of what they learn when they practice what they learned.
50% of what they learn when engaged in a group discussion.
30% of what they learn when they see a demonstration.
20% of what they learn from audio-visual.
10% of what they learn when they’ve learned from reading.
5% of what they learn when they’ve learned from lecture.

Take a few minutes to visualize these on a daily basis close your eyes and envision what it will be like to have each of these goals. How do you feel having achieved them? What are you wearing? Where are you living? If you actually want to have the life goals you have chosen first and foremost, your subconscious need to believe it is possible and this will make it believe.
Speak it out loud. Do this twice a day preferably in the morning before you start your day and at night when you've finished.
This is the first step towards the life of your dreams what are you waiting for start now!
