"Because your worth it"

Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much to everyone reading my blog today!

I now have followers literally all over the world, I am so overwhelmed and happy that you are enjoying reading my posts daily 

Tonight I am going to keep my post short and sweet as I am feeling a little ill.

I would just like to make the point and rest and relaxation is important too! There is nothing like a cat nap!LOL

On a serious note the best medicine for your body is sleep and we all need have a good sleeping pattern to function to the best of our abilities.It can be all too easy to get caught up in work, the gym or our own social lives to realise we are working our body too hard!Our bodies are not machines they are not engineered to keep going regardless of how we treat them, we need to mind them and treat them like our prized possession, after all thats what they are, a gift! Always remember your worth it!


The image above is my screen saver (inspired by..........................;)) it is a reminder that yes I should work to the best of my ability in everything I do wether that is at my job, in the gym or whatever task I am preforming, but that also includes rest when I know my body needs it. I am currently craving the gym but I know my immune system is weak and Ive been working myself too hard so Ive acknowledged that fact and am getting a good nights sleep.



So tonight I'm trying to motivate everyone to rest for a change and remember your body is a temple its your decision if its a good healthy and happy one or an abused and overworked one..............

Whats a SUCCESSFUL Life???..... well here is how to get one!:-)


EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKK So I have some exciting news everyone Ive started writting a Book!!!!I Just wanted you's to be the first to know after all if your finding what I'm writing interesting you just might want to have a read when I'm finished!!;-)

So Im not going to tell yous what I'm writing about just yet !;-) BUT what i am going to tell you about is what made me want to!

So after-hours of researching this evening and trying to come up with a blog for this evening I've decided I have writter's block lol but thinking back to every conversation I've probably ever had with a friend in a life changing situation or sometimes just having one of this "lost" days the question one always asked is........................................ what I am meant to do with my life now????? closely followed by I don't know what to do and where is my life going etc you get the picture!

Im just a 20 something girl who's trying to figure out what this life is all about......aren't we all but one main thing I've learnt is that money WILL NOT bring us the life of our dreams, yes it will make it easier, more enjoyable and let us express our love for other through giving gifts which I believe is only a natural way to show affection but it will NOT make us completely happy all by itself.

Now I'm not saying you should not try and get a good job to earn money and make the most you can so you can have a lavish lifestyle in fact the opposite as to not want to do any of that would be a denial to yourself thus you would not be self loving.

However what I am saying is that success is not measured on wealth alone, sometimes in todays society in can be all to easy to get caught up in the rat race to get up the ladder, get that promotion or get the best wage.But realistically that is a distorted view on success we have just lost view of the real one,  the one that is best for our mind body and souls, the success in our lives that is the expansion of happiness and the progressive realisation of worthy goals.Now to this you may say WWWHHHAAAATTTTTTTT???? simply put it is the expansion or time spent at simple everyday things that make us happy such as a hug, spending time with people we love, enjoying a good laugh until you cry now who doesn't love that???;) those things that you love doing that make you feel so overwhelmed with gratitude or as master card calls them them "priceless" moments.Progressive realisation of worthy goals is really just realising what you are on this earth for rather then believing its just to sell dresses or cars or quoting people insurance, each an every one of us has a higher purpose but its up to us to figure out what that is.

Success is the ability to fulfil our desires with effortless ease!!!!!Have you ever heard the expression do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life???Well its true,  as someone as someone who has just changed career to pursue one I love and am enjoying every minute of it I can testify to this statement.There has always been this idea that your whole life you need to work really hard to achieve anything in your life but realistically if you are doing what you love you will never view it as working hard and you always need to bear in mind you need only to get todays work done today never try and get tomorrows done as your body will not benefit from being overworked.


So what I'm really trying to say is What is it you
 love?????????????????????????? Okay do that!!!!
REALLY its that simple!!!!!! I love to learn, I love to talk Obviously ;P, I love to help people and motivate them, so this is why I'm blogging this is why I'm going to write a book Im following my heart and its working for me not only is it working for me but its working for other too I get amazing feedback which makes me want to write even more.

Money may be a factor at first but if you really love something all you need do is take simple steps to try and first of all figure out what it is and then set your goal and take simple steps towards that! God, the Universe, your higher self, or Allah or what ever you like to call the One will see to the rest........................... YOU JUST NEED TO TRY


Success in life really can be measured on how happy you are in yourself and i guarantee you if you follow your heart you'll realise what you want to do in life, and its more than just been rich but eventually the riches will follow you!;-)

MIND BODY and SPIRIT - Fix your problems through exercise!!!!

Hi Everyone! How was everyones Monday???Good I hope as usual guys thanks so much for following and reading my blog is now been read all over the world which is just AMAZING!!!!So who's still on the new years buzz i certainly am and if your on the same page you want to be the best I can be in 2015 and in turn have the best life then read on.

Okay so anyone who didn't catch my last blog I popped this statement at the end of it for my reader to think about...............

So there are three motives why we actually live our lives if you weren't aware already we live for the body, we live for the mind and we live for the soul.

No one of these is better than the other all are alike, desireable and no one of the three can live fully if the other is not fully expressed also. It is not not be right to live for one and deny two, or slightly better but still you wouldn't be fully living if you lived for two and denied one. 

To live life to the fullest we need to express ourselves to the best of our abilities by exploring and utilising these amazing pieces of ourselves.

think about it ............... okay so basically what I'm saying is all there  systems are linked ad over my next few post I'm join to explain how and why if you fulfil each of these pieces of yourself you will have an amazing life!

An individual cannot live fully in body without exercise, good food, comfortable clothing and warm shelter, and with our freedom from excessive work.Rest and recreation are also necessary to a persons physical life.

So number one on this list is exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Now if your one of those people that promised themselves this year would be the year you finally make an effort to exercise regular and stick to it well the following is definitely going to motivate you.Here are three main things that exercise is good for

1. Reduces stress

Had a tough day at work or in your social life well exercise is the best way to get rid of it.....................One of the most common mental benefits of exercise is stress relief. Working up a sweat can help manage physical and mental stress. Exercise also increases concentrations of norepinephrine, a chemical that can moderate the brain’s response to stress. So go ahead and get sweaty — working out can reduce stress and boost the body’s ability to deal with existing mental tension.

2. Boosts happy chemicals

Exercise release endorphins which create feelings of happiness and europhia!!!
Don't believe me just try it, I know its hard to get off the counch and get the motivation to go but it doesn't matter how tired you are i guarantee you you will have more energy after excerising.

3 Improves Self Esteem 

On a very basic level it improves your self esteem, even if your already slim it helps your body become more toned and regardless of your weight, size, age or gender if you feel better about your body this in turn increases your self worth and self love.

Hi Everyone!

Going to try and keep this post short because I do need some sleep have been getting asked a lot of questions recently about how I fit blogging into my day etc. 

Now before I start let me pop up these statistics this a diagram of how much tv the adverage person watches. 


SERIOUSLY THAT SAYS 9 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is A DECADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of your life gone, wasted that just seems mental to me to waste a decade of our amazing gift of life on this earth sitting on our bums watching other people live theirs lol!

Anyways just thought id put that out there before i give you the ultimate reason i have so much time is that I do not own a  tv, for this reason alone I do not want to look back on my life and say i wasted 10 years of it watching tv.

In answer to the main question heres a little run down of my general day in 2015


6.15am-(Early bird catches the worm and all that :) 
8.30am- Start work 
5.30pm-6.30pm Finish work and get home
6.30pm-8pm Prepare dinner 
8pm-10pm Gym 
10pm-12pm Reading,Researching and Blogging

so in a nutshell thats how I do it no rest for the wicked eh!;-)


Now to get started with my post on Mind Body and Spirit I'm just going to leave you with something to mull over for the day and create the full blog this evening as there really is a lot to this but here goes

Part 2- Hate cannot drive out hate, only LOVE can!!!!

My previous post "driving out the darkness and letting the light in has had 1000 views alone!!:-)Thank you everyone for reading!

So to follow on from the previous quote Martin Luther on of my many idols also stated hate cannot drive out hate only love can!

This has been one of the most surprising lessons to me, I mean it sounds pretty obvious when you say it out loud but I think like most people when I hear this i assume he's talking about things on a much larger scale as in a war or a family feud which of course he is but this is also reaching out to us on a personal level.

Going through life each and every one of us experiences people that we do not like for some reason or perhaps they do not like us, I'm sure everyone can relate to been bullied at some stage in there lives and as we grow into adults sometimes that hate towards those now grown up adults can continue. Maybe circumstance in recent times has caused you's to be on either side of a feud or maybe you felt hard done by this particular person, in general hate generally arises out of fear. Fear that someone is going to hurt you or take something away from you i.e. an oil resource, a job promotion, or even a person.

The point is that hate begins when people are afraid something will hurt them, so they hate the other person or group and do whatever they can to suppress but hate cannot drive out hate but in fact it fosters it!

It was really only in the last few years after attending life seminars etc, I realised how much of an impact this actually has on each one of us as individuals, some books actually name this hatred and unforgiveness towards others wether in our past or present as a main factor on our state of health and state that it can because sicknesses in our bodies.Ive come to this believe myself but thats a whole other post!;-)  On researching this subject i learned a few things and they are as followers

1. That sometimes if you actually think about this person that you supposedly dislike and think about what it is that annoys you about them being honest 9 times out of ten it will be something that your are similar in i.e. a personality trait - stubbornness or something that they have that you are jealous of - beauty or confidence and us women can be suckers for this.I had a conversation about this with my friend last week and basically we both agreed that you can never and should never want to change someones mind or attitude, we should merely adjust accept that specific person for who and what they are and change our attitude to them. Obviously in specific circumstances if that person is a negative influence in your life  the best possible solution would be simply to distant yourself from them because rejection only breeds rejection and in other words so what you resist will persist.But in most if you change your own attitude appreciate this person for there other amazing traits or what they have thought you by being who they are, you will show them love will change the whole situation.

2. If the reason that you have a disliking to someone is because they hurt you in any way at all, then you feel like you have a right to be angry at then am i right???? well you do! but at some stage you have to stop been angry otherwise if you keep holding that anger after the time has passed it becomes unhealthy. You need to make a conscious decision to forgive them, now by forgiving them i do not mean that you have to agree that was they did was right in any way shape or form more than likely if it hurt you it wasn't. However what i am saying is that if you hang on to this hatred for this other person it will affect you and believe me it will affect you a lot more than it will affect them more than likely it will show up as you immune system getting rundown or things going wrong in your life because you are projecting this negativity it will attract more to you.Now saying this you can still disagree with what they did but you will have forgiven and so it will not be on you or your soul anymore. Then think about the lessons they have thought you through their actions and how this has changed you for the better you can be grateful for this also which will mean you will send love there way and drive out the bad feelings

So in saying that darkness cannot drive out darkness, is spot on you cannot drive out a horrible thing such as jealously by been jealous you need to switch it up contract this feeling with a lighter nicer feeling of admiration. Ask yourself why you feel this way towards this person and change it.


A good exercise is to sit down and think of everyone that you dislike or dare i say it hate or have disked in the past one by one now ask yourself why you don't like them and forgive them. I am telling you will feel sooooooooooooooooooo much lighter and energised after doing this you won't be carrying round that weight on your shoulders or in your heart that is hate or un-forgiveness.

Driving out the darkness and letting the light in!Lets do it!!!:-)))))

SO HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!!!:-)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))







This is my first blog of 2015 so I better make a good one lol! Sorry for the lack of posts everyone I can see my followers have increased even more its now been read by thousands daily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk and I've just been approached with a new opportunity and WOW seriously WOW!!!!(THANK YOU'S ALL so much for reading I hope your been inspired, for those of you already reading you must be fed up reading the same posts lol!I took some some time out to spend time with my family and friends over the holidays but can assure you I'm back for good now and I'm going to make sure I'm blogging daily this year!!!:-)

So over the Christmas I had a lot of catching up to do so as usual there were a lot of heart to hearts, debates and deep discussions with onecommon theme Happiness!!!

Isn't that just what we all want?? to be happy??? but at especially at certain times of the year when society says you should just automatically be happy now that sometimes can seem like the hardest thing for people to be. Take for instance christmas for those missing loved ones this can be a time of year that really brings it home there gone, or for all the single people wanting a relationship sometimes this can serve as a reminder that all there friends are coupled off, or maybe if your just not happy in your career or in general happiness can seem unattainable.

So what is the key to driving out the darkness as Martin Luther King states you can not drive out darkness with darkness, but only through light will darkness be beaten!!I read an article over the christmas which stated that if you asked a classroom full of kids who was the best painter they would each hold up their own, been an auntie to 12 wonderfully innocent children i have to agree with this point, but If the same question was put to a classroom full of adults who were skilled painters they would most likely name out famous painters!!!WHY?? can you associate with this???I CERTAINLY CAN now what do you think would have us do that in any similar incident??? I believe it to be FEAR ugly fear, fear of not been the same as everyone else, fear of standing out from the crowd, fear of people thinking you are vain or big headed or worse still better than them.

One point id like to meet here is the people that excel at things they are get at have not got this fear so firstly we are stopping ourselves from excelling and been the best we can be for fear that what? people will judge us for being good??or that we will fail??? I would rather fail then never try!

The problem is that somewhere along the line, for me it was probably around 1st class or 6 to those not familiar with Irelands education system children and young adults realise if you stand out you leave yourself open to ridicule from your peers. Being completely honest it has really only in the last few years that I have realised that true happiness does not come from finding people that like you, happiness and contentment comes from the inside that is why constantly looking for SOMEONE or SOMETHING to make us happy is a losing game.

But for many of us we get stuck in this frame of mind and society lends itself to this it teaches us that we need to be the perfect size with the perfect smile and perfect life etc we constantly compare ourselves to each other.
Now i am not for one minute suggesting you should not treat yourself well, care for your body and work at it to get it to be the best it can be the opposite would seem as though you are almost not grateful for yourself as a person. However what I suggesting is that as a human society we almost train ourselves from a young age to fit in and not stand out but to conform, this unfortunately can lead us to not expressing ourselves or our individuality in any way shape or form. This I believe is the darkness the darkness that creeps in that blocks out the light that leaves us far from happy, we are afraid to speak out or even just to simply be ourselves so we get stuck in this rut of unhappiness, now this only way to ESCAPE from this is to shake off the fear of been different!!!To stop fighting off our natural state to protect a persona invented as defence mechanism when we were teenagers, if everyone in your life is miserable and moaning chances are if you start been happy you'll get the usual "ah but sure your always happy/positive" but let them dig. Start doing what you love in every element of your life!!!Forget about what the neighbours will think/say lol to begin with they aren't very nice neighbours if they judge you anyway!!!!!what you need to do to be happy, express yourself in whatever you feel right, speak out, do not let society roof you in once you start doing this you will see a change in your life and then just remember to keep letting the light in and to attain a consistent happy state you must also create it.

Let me out it like this our mind is like a projector not a camera in that it does not take in, but merely gives out, we live in the feeling of our thinking not the feeling of the world now having a conversation about this today the easier way i can explain it is that if you got a flat tyre whilst driving along a motor way after realising it.......................................... you have two choices 1. to decide whether to become annoyed at this 2. to not! You will feel angry if you become angry at the situation but the world is not making you angry this has happened and you have chosen to become angry when in fact you could just accept that these things happen and remain happy. Realistically we our only ever one thought away from a completely different experience of being alive and you can apply this to any situation in your life just remember that.
